"Clever Project" at festival Kalejdoskop in Bialystok

CLEVER TEAM have a pleasure to present again their performance "Clever Project". This time the work will be presented within festival "Kalejdoskop" in Bialystok/Poland.
The performance will take place at Teatr Lalek on Thursday 7th April at 20:00.

"CLEVER PROJECT" focuses on the status of the stage performance in the circumstances of economic crisis.

 Following the market current demands, Clever Team - Radek Hewelt and Filip Szatarski - proposes the audience an attractive program of 10 performances for the price of one regular evening ticket. They also come up with an additional scene in Valentine's day promotion, Eastern action or summer holiday's offer, depending on the year's season and show's location...

​Clever Team functions like the low-cost quality airline - disposing low budget they provide high quality product.

Clever Team is completely independent and autonomous on the level of performance's realization.

Clever Team proves that the crisis is an inspiring and positive phenomenon.

Radek Hewelt and Filip Szatarski will take the audience for an adventure proposing a contemporary dance show, opera, group therapy and many other attractions...

Arbeitsplatz - a new working space for dance and performance artists in Vienna

Arbeitsplatz – Verein zur Zurverfügungstellung von Arbeitsräumen für Tanz und Performance is an initiative of 4 Vienna-based groups of artists in the fields of dance and performance consisting of Kunstverein Archipelago, Kunst- und Kulturverein Raw Matters, Clever Team/Visitores - Verein zur Projektion künstlerischer Ideen, und Doris Uhlich/ Insert Theaterverein.

Arbeitsplatz was initiated in 2013 out of an urge to create a working space, in which continuous research and work are possible.

By putting all of our individual strengths together, we have found and are in the process of setting up a space that will not only be beneficial to our own needs regarding rehearsal, research and office space, but that in the long run can be beneficial to various artists in the Viennese dance and performance scene.

After an intensive search for a suitable space Arbeitsplatz has finally found a location – a space at Vereinigte Chemische Fabriken, Siegfriedgasse 23, 1210 Vienna. In the last 6 years the spaces have been used for dance, performance and other kind of artistic work, therefore they have the basic needed infrastructure and the space is ready to be used by the Arbeitsplatz members.

The space consist of:
-A big studio (9 x 14 m)
-A small studio (ca 7 x 8m)
-Two offices
-An atelier/common room/dressing room
-An unheated workshop/storage room
-Three toilets and two showers
-Two kitchenettes and a small garden terrace
The total size of the space is about 380m2
