Time flies! Arbeitsplatz Wien is getting ready for the third residency opportunity
for vienna based artists. 5 weeks rehearsal space and 6 months
continuous desk space in between July 2016 and December 2016!

Deadline to apply is May 2nd
The residency welcomes research as well as the creation of a new
production. Priority is given to artists who have not received any
official funding yet.

New website of Arbeitsplatz Wien
Arbeitsplatz have a new website. You'll find there all information concerning the mission of Arbeitsplatz, its new space, residence opportunities, rental prices, etc.

Arbeitsplatz is a new space in which
artistic work is continuously possible and not necessarily dependent on
production. Residencies are offered twice a year and both studios are
rented out to the Viennese dance and performance scene under very
affordable conditions.
Arbeitsplatz Wien is the initiative of
Kunstverein Archipelago, Kunst und Kulturverein Raw Matters, Visitores –
Verein zur Projektion künstlerischer Ideen, and Doris Uhlich / insert
Theaterverein.
Arbeitsplatz is supported by MA7 – Kulturabteilung der Stadt Wien
Opening of Arbeitsplatz Wien
Arbeitsplatz Wien will open officially its door!
Opening party on December 16th 2015 with Glühwein, performances and a little bit more! Doors open: 19:00, Performances start: 19:30
Arbeitsplatz is a new space in which

The space consist of: - Big studio (9 x 14 m)
- Small studio (ca 5 x 7m)
- Two offices
- An atelier/common room/dressing room
- An unheated workshop/storage room
- Three toilets and two showers
- Two kitchenettes and a small garden terrace
The total size of the space is about 380m2
